Start of Something New (It feels so right to be...here...alone)

 When I first found this site, I thought, "Oh, great, here's another place I can put my fanfictions!" But then I realized that this is sort of like LiveJournal more than it is AO3 or fanfiction.net (mostly in that I know the fanfictions are here, I just can't for the life of me figure out how to find them). So rather than try to use this as another site to post my mediocre writings, I'll use it for what it's meant to be--a journal.

I've tried, like every other girl on the planet (and some boys, I guess), to keep a diary before. But my ten-year-old self, aside from having atrocious spelling, also wasn't very exciting, and didn't have a lot to say. Hopefully, though, as a soon-to-be seventeen-year-old, I'll have more things to say. Or, at the very least, more things to rant about. And most likely, this will just be me ranting to myself. I can't imagine a lot of people would be very interested in hearing about how stupid my history teacher is, but who knows--and maybe this could be of some help to me. I often find myself talking to myself anyways, so maybe writing it out will help me when I'm troubled. 

Here's hoping, anyway. 

As of today, school's been in session for two weeks (this is the third), and I don't have a lot to complain or talk about. Maybe more will come later. Or maybe this will be like my other attempts, and I'll end up writing nothing.
